Barb Bechtold-Wright has been part of the Behavioral Tech team in a variety of roles since 2006, giving her a deep understanding of the organization and the people it serves. Over the years, she has supported nearly every aspect of training operations, from customer care and event logistics to project management and systems design. Her work focuses on creating efficient processes, coordinating complex training programs, and building operational systems that help staff and trainers deliver exceptional learning experiences for mental health professionals around the world.
With more than 15 years of experience in operations and project management across behavioral health, higher education, and small business, Barb enjoys turning complex challenges into practical, organized solutions. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Montana, where she developed a lasting curiosity about people, systems, and how organizations function. That perspective continues to inform her work as she supports large-scale training events, improves operational systems, and helps advance Behavioral Tech’s mission.
Outside of work, Barb enjoys learning about the natural world, exploring the beaches of the Pacific Northwest, and searching for interesting rocks. She lives in Olympia, Washington with her husband, her daughter, one feisty cat, and an ever-growing rock collection.
